Depression
There Is A Solution To Everything

Depression is a terrible emotion. It is such a negative state of mind that one must fight that as if the war was declared on himself. Yet, the more you fight, the more it may affect you as if growing in strength. So what to do? I will analyze, one by one, the steps that can help. The best one is meditation (read on meditation.) Any other methods are inferior to it; yet, also help.

1) Meditation (the key to everything.)
2) Go to an action park or place with wild rides and do them. Try those rides you were afraid of before. That shock may displace your depression or grief shock.
3) If you can do a wild physical activity like jumping of a plane (with a parachute of course) or anything extreme that you may be afraid of but can handle.
4) Go in a night club with the music you enjoy and dance even if by yourself but dance to that music until you are exhausted. There are many clubs where dancing in pairs not the only way.
5) Do physical exercises either in a sports club or home until feel pain. Expand that energy so that body can release that stress.
Exercising, also, stimulates the release of endorphines - the hormones that give you the feeling of well-being.
6) Sex (excluding cheating on your partner or mate.) If your partner cares of you, his or her, electromagnetic energy emitted during lovemaking would help you tremendously.
7) Read spiritual books or anything that has, always, been interested you but you had no time to read.
8) Put on headphones and listen to the music that you love, preferably with some cheering - not sad context. Putting volume up is ok.
9) Write all you grief to yourself and read that until you feel you are tired of reading it.
10) Put your deepest feeling in a poem.
11) Try to draw on a paper or digitally what you feel.
12) If can, play a musical instrument.
13) Abstain from drinking alcohol or doing any drugs - be sober.
14) No intense driving - play it safe.
15) If have children, give them extra love and care.
16) If have a spouse or mate, give him or her the extra affection.
17) If have parents - extend the same to them.
18) Spent time with the true friends.
19) Get absorbed in any activity that takes your mind off as long as no addiction is involved.
20) Explore the Internet.
21) Start learning something new.

22) One of the most super-potent, natural, recharging, and antidepressing factors in the world is the combination:
1) the rays of the sun,
2) sand (grass if sand is not available - any natural, grounding factor),
3) and the ocean/sea water.
Notice, not man-made pills - a pitiful imitation of the powers of nature, but the forces of nature, themselves, which have no side effects but pure!
Only through ignorance, people get negative effects from nature by abusing it. Follow its laws and nature would, only, nourish you.
Swim in an ocean or sea. Ask them (the water) to take your stress away and give you, instead, the washing, cleansing power that water possesses.
Its powerful, electromagnetic properties draw away your negative currents produced by the negative thinking of your mind-brain accumulated in your body.
The positive charge from water (and it is a known conductor of it) is drawn by your body in place of the vacated, negative charge since nature tolerates no vacuum by the laws of Physics.
Thus, mental and physical balancing takes place.
Lay down on hot sand - not blanket - and the further balancing of charges would take place, finishing what water started.
Look at the sun with your eyes closed, allowing the rays to penetrate the area of your head, where the Pineal gland resided - almost the middle of your forehead, between your eyebrows.
Once stimulated by the wide, electromagnetic spectrum of the sun, the gland would set in motion a tremendous healing mechanism.
The early mornings and late afternoons, you can look at the sun with your eyes opened.
You would get, even more energy since your eyes have the nerve apparatus that absorbs and emits energy in a highly refined and powerful mode.
That is so powerful that you may see something beautiful or ugly and get euphoria or a feeling of sickness just by observing.
You would develop the physical symptoms after seeing something with your eyes that is how much you get stimulated and affected visually.
The eyes' nerve ending go directly to the brain and stimulate it tremendously!

Sea/ocean water, sand, and the sun combo can save a person even from an upcoming heart attack.
Practice that, natural combination as if your life depends on it and you would feel the difference in the depth of your soul.
There is no other way!
